WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
Effective date: July 6, 2026
1. Purpose of this Policy
This Withdrawal and Refund Policy sets out the conditions for withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds relating to the digital services provided by KLEO VVIN Marketing Studio.
2. Characteristics of Digital Services
KLEO VVIN Marketing Studio primarily provides customized digital services, including online marketing audits, AI-based analyses, marketing strategies, consulting, and other tailored digital services.
These services are prepared according to the individual requirements of the Customer and therefore cannot be resold to another customer once the performance has begun.
3. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer's right of withdrawal is governed by the applicable Hungarian and European Union legislation.
If the Customer expressly requests that the Service Provider begin providing the service before the statutory withdrawal period expires, and the performance has commenced, the Customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may cease in accordance with the applicable laws.
4. Cancellation
The Customer may cancel the ordered service in writing before the performance of the service has begun.
If the Service Provider has not yet started performing the service, the full amount already paid will be refunded.
If the performance has already begun, the Service Provider is entitled to retain a fee proportionate to the work already completed.
5. Refunds
The Service Provider will refund the service fee only if:
- the performance of the service has not yet started;
- the service cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to the Service Provider;
- the refund is required by applicable law.
Fees paid for customized marketing audits, AI-based analyses, marketing strategies, consultations, and other personalized digital services are non-refundable once the performance has begun.
6. Refund Procedure
If a refund is due, the Service Provider will reimburse the amount using the same payment method used by the Customer unless the parties agree otherwise.
The refund will be made without undue delay after eligibility has been established.
7. Complaints Handling
The Customer may submit complaints regarding the service, cancellation, or refund in writing to:

The Service Provider will review the complaint as soon as possible after receipt and will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably.
8. Legal Remedies
If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the Customer may exercise the legal remedies available under the applicable Hungarian laws, including contacting the competent Conciliation Board or the competent court.

10. Effective Date
This Withdrawal and Refund Policy enters into force on July 6, 2026, and remains valid until amended or withdrawn.
Matters not regulated in this Policy shall be governed by the Hungarian Civil Code, the applicable consumer protection legislation, and the Hungarian laws concerning digital content and digital services.
